Founding Partner Mickey Lyons serves as President and uses his extensive insurance and legislative lobbying experience to improve America’s Healthcare System by helping employers maintain the health of their employees while reducing costs. He is particularly motivated to help organizations working in the Non-Profit, Community Outreach, and Diversity sectors and is an ardent supporter of the National Diversity Council.

Mickey’s professional affiliations include:

  • Serving on the NYC and NY State Legislative Council for National Association of Health Underwriters and participating on the National Legislative Committees.

Bryan Erdheim

Managing Partner Bryan Erdheim is responsible for strategic client relationships and negotiations. His passion is delving into the details and helping organizations achieve their goals, educating and leading them through the complex phases.
Specifically, Bryan specializes in the large group (over 100 employees) marketplace, generating all solutions: fully insured, self-insured, stop loss marketing, risk management, and employee wellness. He also manages PEO partnerships, which provide all-in-one solutions for employers, and offers tech solutions for day-to-day operations, employee tracking, and open enrollment.
A seasoned industry veteran, Bryan brings ten years of Property & Casualty experience and expertise to his 20 years with the Medical Link. His individual industry involvement includes:
